These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of qscpeptide.com (the “Website”) and any purchases of research peptides from QSC (“QSC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Research Use Only

All products sold by QSC are research-grade peptides and specialty compounds intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic, or therapeutic application.

By purchasing from QSC, you acknowledge that:

• You are qualified to handle research peptides and laboratory materials safely.
• You understand proper storage requirements, including −20°C where applicable.
• You assume all risks associated with handling, storage, and laboratory research use.
• You are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

QSC is not liable for misuse, improper handling, unauthorised application, or failure to store products correctly.

2. Orders & Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

QSC accepts Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (ERC-20) cryptocurrency payments, processed through blockchain verification services such as Blockonomics, as well as SWIFT international bank wire transfers. We do not accept credit cards, PayPal, or other fiat payment methods outside of SWIFT wire. Cryptocurrency orders are processed only after sufficient blockchain confirmations; SWIFT orders are processed once the wire is confirmed received.

For cryptocurrency payments, customers are solely responsible for sending the exact invoice amount, using the correct wallet address, and including accurate order reference information. Transactions sent incorrectly, to the wrong address, or without required confirmations cannot be reversed. QSC is not responsible for losses from incorrect cryptocurrency payments.

For SWIFT wire payments, instructions (beneficiary details, account and SWIFT/BIC codes) are sent by email within 24 hours of placing your order. Customers are responsible for including the Order Number in the payment reference/memo field, sending in USD only, covering international wire fees (the sender’s responsibility), and allowing 3–5 business days for the payment to clear. No intermediary bank is required. QSC is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect wire details provided by the customer or by the customer’s own bank.

Order Confirmation

Orders are binding once payment is confirmed — on the blockchain for cryptocurrency, or upon receipt for SWIFT wire transfers. All sales are final — no refunds are issued. QSC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud, regulatory concerns, or inventory discrepancies. All listed prices include free shipping unless otherwise stated.

Orders Cannot Be Changed After Placement

Once an order is submitted and payment is confirmed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or amended. This includes changes to items, quantities, shipping address, or any other order details. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

Out-of-Stock Items

In the rare event that an ordered item becomes unavailable after payment is confirmed, QSC will issue store credit for use on a future order. Refunds are not available.

3. Shipping & Distribution

QSC provides free shipping on all peptide orders. Orders may ship from the manufacturing facility in China or from domestic warehouses in the USA, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, or Vietnam. Domestic fulfilment is prioritised when inventory is available.

Crypto orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation on the blockchain; SWIFT orders are processed after the wire clears, typically within 3–5 business days. Tracking information is typically provided within 1–4 business days after payment receipt.

For international shipments fulfilled from the China warehouse, tracking updates may not appear immediately. Tracking information will typically begin updating only after the package arrives in the destination country and has completed customs clearance. This is normal for international shipping, and your package is still in transit even if no updates are shown initially.

QSC is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, government or regulatory actions, or natural disasters and force majeure events.

4. Peptide Quality Assurance

All QSC research peptides undergo rigorous analytical testing to verify identity, molecular weight, purity (as labelled), and batch-to-batch consistency. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on each product page for full transparency and batch verification, independently verifiable via the Janoshik portal. 5. Regulatory Compliance

Customers are solely responsible for determining whether research peptides are legal to import, possess, or use in their jurisdiction, and for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations. QSC makes no representations regarding regulatory approval beyond the research-use-only designation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including logos and branding, product descriptions, Certificates of Analysis and analytical documentation, images, graphics, and technical materials — is the intellectual property of QSC or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, scraping, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QSC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from product purchase or research use, storage or handling of peptides, shipment delays, customs inspections or regulatory issues, or misuse or improper application.

In cases of customs seizure, carrier-confirmed lost parcels, or verified non-delivery, QSC’s remedy is limited to one free reshipment or store credit for a future order — at the customer’s choice. Refunds are not available. By purchasing, you acknowledge the inherent risks of laboratory chemicals and release QSC from claims arising from improper handling, misuse, or unauthorised use. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Governing Principles & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted according to applicable international commercial principles. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt resolution through good-faith direct negotiation for a period of no less than 30 days from written notice of the dispute. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules in a jurisdiction agreed to in writing by both parties. The language of arbitration shall be English.

9. Amendments

QSC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or placement of orders after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version is always available on the Website with the updated date shown at the top.
