1. Peptide Quality Guarantee
All QSC peptides undergo rigorous analytical testing to confirm the stated purity specification (β₯99% where listed), correct molecular weight and chemical identity, and batch-to-batch consistency. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are published on every product page for transparency and batch verification, independently verifiable via theΒ Janoshik portal.
2. All Sales Final β No Refunds
All sales are final. QSC does not offer refunds under any circumstances.Β Due to contamination and cold-chain sensitivity, peptides cannot be returned or refunded once an order has been placed and payment confirmed.
If your order is seized by customs, QSC providesΒ one free reshipment or store creditΒ β see Section 6 below.
Orders Cannot Be Changed After Placement
Once an order is submitted and payment is confirmed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or amended. This includes changes to items, quantities, shipping address, or any other order details. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Must be reported withinΒ 7 days of delivery. Verified claims are resolved via replacement shipment at QSCβs discretion. Photo documentation and batch details are typically required. Refunds are not available β replacement only.
Out-of-Stock Items
In the rare event that an ordered item becomes unavailable after payment is confirmed, QSC will issueΒ store credit for use on a future order. Refunds are not available.
3. Non-Returnable Items
All products are non-returnable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Custom peptide synthesis or made-to-order batches
- Opened or reconstituted vials
- Unopened vials and sealed products
- Contaminated or improperly stored peptides
- Products altered after delivery
- Products used outside laboratory research designation
Peptides are highly sensitive biomaterials. Compromised items cannot be guaranteed for research validity and cannot be accepted for return.
4. Damaged Order Process
To report a damaged or incorrect order, emailΒ support@qscpeptide.comΒ within 7 days of delivery with your order number, product name, reason for the claim, and supporting documentation (photos or lab results if applicable). Verified claims are resolved via replacement shipment. No refunds are issued.

6. Reshipment Guarantee
QSC providesΒ one free reshipment or store credit for a future orderΒ β at the customerβs choice β in verified cases of:
- Official customs seizure with documentation
- Carrier-confirmed lost parcels
- Verified non-delivery
The reshipment guarantee is limited toΒ one occurrence per order. Support must be contacted withinΒ 7 days of the expected delivery date. Provide your order number and documented proof of seizure or non-delivery toΒ support@qscpeptide.com. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
Reshipment Exclusions
The reshipment guarantee does not apply in cases involving an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, missing apartment/unit number or postal code, false recipient information, failure to collect a parcel from the carrier, or customer-requested delivery changes. Accurate shipping details are the customerβs sole responsibility.
7. Payments
QSC acceptsΒ Bitcoin (BTC),Β USDT (ERC-20)Β cryptocurrency, andΒ SWIFT international bank wire transfers.
For cryptocurrency payments, customers are solely responsible for sending payment to the correct wallet address, paying the exact invoice amount, and completing payment within the allotted time window. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible β incorrect payments cannot be recovered.
For SWIFT wire payments, instructions are sent by email within 24 hours of placing your order. Customers are responsible for: including the Order Number in the payment reference/memo field, sending in USD only, covering international wire fees (the senderβs responsibility), and allowing 3β5 business days for the payment to clear. No intermediary bank is required. Orders are processed once the wire is confirmed received.
8. Final Sales & Limitation of Liability
All sales are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.Β QSC offers one free reshipment or store credit for verified customs seizures as described in Section 6. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
